SHIPPING POLICY

We are committed to shipping your orders promptly. We operate Monday through Friday, with packages being dispatched within 2-7 business days, depending on the volume of orders.

For orders containing pre-ordered items, please note that the entire order will be shipped once the pre-ordered item is ready for dispatch. The estimated release date for pre-ordered items will be displayed at the time of order placement. However, the exact shipping date may vary.

If you need a specific color urgently, we recommend ordering only in-stock items and placing separate orders for pre-order items.

Enjoy free shipping on all US orders over $55. Depending on the package weight, we use USPS First Class Mail or Priority. Shipping costs will be displayed in your shopping cart before payment.

Please note that the shipping times mentioned below commence once your order has been shipped, not from the time of order placement.

• US Orders: Orders under 16 oz will be shipped via USPS First Class mail, which typically takes around 3-5 business days. Orders over 16 oz will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail, which usually arrives in approximately 2-3 business days.

At present, we do not offer international shipping, but we hope to introduce this feature soon.

THIRD PARTY SHIPPING

Many of my art and merch items are crafted on demand through my trusted partner, Printful. Because each piece is created just for you, shipping times my vary a bit from item to item.

Shipping costs for these products are already included in the price, and Printful ships directly to you, so if you order handmade items along with merch, your treasures may arrive in separ7parcels on their own little journeys.
