SHIPPING POLICY
We are committed to shipping your orders promptly. We operate Monday through Friday, with packages being dispatched within 2-7 business days, depending on the volume of orders.
For orders containing pre-ordered items, please note that the entire order will be shipped once the pre-ordered item is ready for dispatch. The estimated release date for pre-ordered items will be displayed at the time of order placement. However, the exact shipping date may vary.
If you need a specific color urgently, we recommend ordering only in-stock items and placing separate orders for pre-order items.
Enjoy free shipping on all US orders over $55. Depending on the package weight, we use USPS First Class Mail or Priority. Shipping costs will be displayed in your shopping cart before payment.
Please note that the shipping times mentioned below commence once your order has been shipped, not from the time of order placement.
US Orders: Orders under 16 oz will be shipped via USPS First Class mail, which typically takes around 3-5 business days. Orders over 16 oz will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail, which usually arrives in approximately 2-3 business days.
At present, we do not offer international shipping, but we hope to introduce this feature soon.
RETURN POLICY
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit, provided the items are in resellable condition (still in twisted skein format as received).
Once we receive your returned items, we will process your refund or store credit within a few business days. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable.
To return an item, log in to your account, click on ‘My Account’, then ‘Orders’. Select the order containing the items you wish to return, click on ‘Return Request’, and complete the form. You’ll receive an email from us with further instructions.
Please note that we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you’ll need to return the unwanted items and place a new order for the items you want.
